A. Aboveground pools shall be located at least ten feet (10') from any side or rear property line and at least ten feet (10') from the principal building.
B. Inground pools shall be located at least ten feet (10') from any side or rear property line and a minimum of ten feet (10') from the principal building.
C. No swimming pool shall encroach onto any dedicated easement.
D. No swimming pool shall be located in the front yard of any lot including both street frontages on corner lots.
E. Pumps, filters, and pool disinfecting equipment shall be located at a distance not less than five feet (5') from any side or rear property line and not less than five feet (5') from principal building. (Ord. 2000-42, 9-12-2000)
