A. Violation Penalties Generally: Except as otherwise provided, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to violate any provision of this chapter, and any person, firm, or corporation guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided under section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 2010-28, 10-26-2010)
