1-6-3: VILLAGE PRESIDENT TO ADVISE:
The Village President shall, annually and from time to time, give the Board of Trustees information relative to the affairs of the Village, and shall recommend for their consideration such measures as he may deem expedient. (1904 Code § 2.4)
