A. Bond: Before entering upon the duties of his office, the President shall give bond in the sum of three thousand dollars ($3,000.00), with surety to be approved by the Board of Trustees, conditioned upon his faithful performance of his duties.
B. Oath: He shall take the oath of office prescribed by statute. (1977 Code)
