A. Mobile food vendors are permitted at the following locations:
1. For annual permits: on private property with written permission of the owner; and
2. For special event permits: on private property with written permission of the owner and/or on public property (i.e. parks, Village parking lots, and side street parking) only upon written permission given by Village.
B. The Village shall have the ability to restrict the location of mobile food vendors should it be determined the location creates a parking shortage, parking issue, or unsafe parking conditions. (Ord. 2023-30, 7-18-2023)
