The building officer and inspector of the village, in administering the building regulations of the village, shall charge and collect the fees with respect to applications for, the issuance of permits for, and the inspection and supervision of, the construction, alteration, and repair of buildings and other structures, in enforcing the building regulations, as follows:
The following fees pertain to Residential Construction including Single-Family Dwellings; Two-Family Detached, Single-Family Semidetached, Single-Family Attached (dwellings commonly known as condominiums, duplexes, and townhomes); Multiple-Family Dwellings (dwellings commonly known as apartments):
