4-19-6-7: WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT RE-ISSUANCE:

A user with an expiring wastewater discharge permit shall apply for wastewater discharge permit re-issuance by submitting a complete wastewater discharge permit application, in accordance with Section 4-19-5-5 of this chapter, a minimum of ninety (90) calendar days prior to the expiration of the user's existing wastewater discharge permit.
