The Coordinator will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information and/or documentation. Within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a complete Wastewater Discharge Permit application, the Coordinator will determine whether or not to issue a Wastewater Discharge Permit. The Coordinator may deny any application for a Wastewater Discharge Permit. If the Coordinator fails to act within ninety (90) calendar days, an application for a Wastewater Discharge Permit shall be deemed to be denied.
