Violations of this Chapter may be enforced in any manner available to the Village at law, in equity, or otherwise pursuant to this Code, without limitation. Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this Chapter shall, in addition to any other relief sought, be assessed a fine of no less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each individual offense. Every day that any person operates any prohibited Cannabis Business Establishment is and shall be deemed to be a separate and distinct violation of this Chapter. (Ord. 2019-23, 11-26-2019)
