The following Adult-Use Cannabis Business Establishments are prohibited within the corporate boundaries of the Village of Minooka. It shall be unlawful for any person to locate, operate, own, suffer, allow to be operated, or aid, abet, or assist in the operation, within the Village of Minooka, of any of the following:
1. Adult-Use Cannabis Craft Grower;
2. Adult-Use Cannabis Cultivation Center;
3. Adult-Use Cannabis Dispensing Organization;
4. Adult-Use Cannabis Infuser Organization or Infuser;
5. Adult-Use Cannabis Processing Organization or Processor;
6. Adult-Use Cannabis Transporting Organization or Transporter. (Ord. 2019-23, 11-26-2019)
