3-2-11: PENALTY:

In addition to all other remedies, any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall, in addition to revocation of his certificate of registration, if applicable, be sentenced as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense.
