3-2-5: VILLAGE POLICY ON SOLICITING:

It is hereby declared to be the policy of the governing body of this village that the occupant or occupants of the residences in this village shall make the determination of whether solicitors shall be or shall not be invited to their respective residences between nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. of any weekday or Saturday. (Ord. 2007-52, 11-27-2007)
