3-2-2: CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

Every person desiring to engage in, operate as, or conduct the business of a hawker, peddler, transient merchant or itinerant vendor as herein defined, within the village, is hereby required to obtain a certificate of registration as hereinafter provided. (Ord. 2007-52, 11-27-2007)
