SECTION 400.045. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW PROCESS FOR SIMPLE SUBDIVISIONS.
Subdivision done for the purpose of adjusting a lot line between two existing lots or dividing a lot along an existing party wall(s) of a multi-family building may be approved by the city planner if the following conditions are met.
