The Town Board finds and declares that the following specific condition is prejudicial to the general health, safety and welfare of the town and its citizens, lessens the attractiveness and livability of the town and when located on any lot or parcel of land within the town limits are a nuisance and therefore unlawful: any conditions or use of property which results in the emission of pollutants and particles into the atmosphere or causes noxious odors and stenches to be emitted into the air.
