§ 71.05 PERSONS PROPELLING PUSH CARTS, RIDING BICYCLES OR ANIMALS.

Every person propelling any push cart, riding a bicycle or animal, upon the roadway and every person driving any animal-drawn vehicle, shall be subject to the provision of this title applicable to the driver of any vehicle, except those provisions of this title which, by their nature, can have no application.
