§ 33.03 INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT.
   (A)   The Finance Commissioner is responsible for overseeing the investment of town funds.
   (B)   The Town Manager is responsible for bringing availability of funds for investing to the attention of the Finance Commissioner and Mayor. Investments are to be made under the name “Town of Minnesott Beach.”
