§ 152.10 LANDS TO WHICH THIS CHAPTER APPLIES.
   This chapter shall apply to all special flood hazard areas within the jurisdiction of the Town of Minnesott Beach, including extra-territorial jurisdictions (ETJs) as allowed by law.
