§ 152.01 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.

(A) The Legislature of the State of North Carolina has in G.S. Chapter 143, Article 21, Part 6; Chapter 153A, Article 6; Chapter 160A, Article 8; and Chapter 160D, Articles 7, 9, and 11 (effective January 1, 2021), delegated to local governmental units the authority to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare.

(B) Therefore, the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Minnesott Beach, North Carolina, does ordain as follows.
