§ 32.04 OFFICE OF TOWN CLERK.
   The Town Clerk shall perform the following duties:
   (A)   Give notice of meetings of the Town Board;
   (B)   Keep a journal/minutes of the Town Board meeting;
   (C)   Act as custodian of all town records;
   (D)   The Town Clerk shall attend all meetings of the Board of Commissioners;
   (E)   In the absence of the Town Manager, shall be responsible for duties as outlined under the Town Manager position; and
   (F)   Perform other duties as may be requested by the Town Board.
