§ 32.01 OFFICE OF MAYOR.
   The Mayor shall be the chief executive of the town and shall perform the following duties:
   (A)   Preside over all meetings of the Town Board;
   (B)   Cause all ordinances of the town to be enforced;
   (C)   Keep himself or herself informed as to the town’s business;
   (D)   Vote to break ties on Town Board;
   (E)   Sign all contracts, ordinances, resolutions, franchises and all other documents as authorized by the Town Board;
   (F)   Make recommendations to the Town Board concerning the affairs of the town as he or she deems necessary;
   (G)   Represent the town at ceremonies and other official occasions; and
   (H)   Perform other duties as authorized by the General Statutes, the Town Charter and this code.
