§ 31.03 OFFICIAL COPY.
   A true copy of an ordinance which has been duly enacted by the Town Board, signed by the Mayor and attested to by the Town Manager or Clerk, shall be known as an official copy of any ordinance for the town. All ordinances or a true copy thereof shall be inserted in this code in the proper chapter. The Town Manager or Clerk shall file a certified true copy of any charter amendments adopted with the Secretary of State and the legislative library.
