(A) A majority of the members of the Town Board shall constitute a quorum and no official business of the town shall be transacted by the Board unless a quorum is present. A member may be considered present via speaker phone conference call or video conference call, when they have been provided with all necessary documents which are to be discussed prior to the meeting and are included in deliberations during the course of the meeting.
(B) If a quorum of the Town Board is not present, the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem may send for the absentees, and if a quorum fails to attend, the meeting shall stand adjourned.
