§ 93.50 LIENS FOR COST TO ABATE NUISANCE.
   Any costs incurred by the town to abate any nuisance described in this chapter or any other condition that is dangerous or prejudicial to the public health or public safety shall be paid by the individual responsible for the condition. Should the individual responsible for the condition fail to pay all costs incurred by the town within 30 days after being mailed a statement for said costs, the town shall have a lien on the land or premises where the nuisance occurred, which lien shall be collected and have the priority as provided by law, including, but not limited to G.S. §§ 160A-175 and 160A-193.
