§ 93.46 INVESTIGATION OF CONDITIONS.
   The Mayor or his or her designated representative, upon notice from any person of the existence of any of the conditions described in this chapter, shall cause to be made such investigation as may be necessary to determine whether, in fact, conditions exist as to constitute a nuisance or otherwise violate the provisions of this chapter. The Mayor or his or her designated representative may conduct such investigation in consultation with individuals who have expertise in specific areas addressed in the notice.
