4-7-3: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
   ASSEMBLY: A company of persons gathered together at any location at any single time for any purpose.
   PERSON: Any individual natural human being, partnership, corporation, firm, company, association, society or group. (Ord. 2014-04-28, 4-28-2014)
