The commission is hereby required to combine all permits which may be required in this title, and previously or subsequently adopted county ordinances, which are relative to land development into one permit application procedure. In conjunction with a combined permit, the commission shall coordinate methods of approval with the respective departments for the purpose of reducing errors and unnecessary delay in processing applications.
