2-2-15: RESTRICTIONS ON CHARGES:

No charges shall be made for restoring stolen property to its rightful owner. Restitution may be available, however, in cases involving criminal prosecution. Failure to prosecute shall allow the contract rights to be returned to the licenser. (Ord. 97-2, 12-8-1997)
