A. Contents Of License: The license issued under this chapter shall state the name of the person to whom issued, the place of business and street number where such business is located.
B. Term: Such license shall entitle the person receiving it to do business at the place designated in the license for one year from the date of the license.
C. Renewal: The holder of the license may apply to have the license renewed one month prior to the end of the previous license. (Ord. 97-2, 12-8-1997)
