2-2-3: APPLICATION FOR LICENSE; DEPOSIT:
   A.   Information On Application: The application for a pawnbroker's license shall state the name of the person, and, in case of a firm or corporation, the names of all the partners in such firm, or of all of the directors, officers and stockholders of such corporation. The application shall also state the place, street and number where such business is to be carried out. (Ord. 97-2, 12-8-1997; amd. 2016 Code)
   B.   Deposit: At the time of filing such petition, the applicant shall deposit fifty dollars ($50.00) for one-fourth (1/4) of a year's fee with the treasurer of the county for the application to be complete. This sum of money shall be refunded to the applicant if the license petitioned for is not granted. If the license is granted, the remaining balance of fees for the year, one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), may be paid in full, or the fees may be paid in quarterly installments.
