2-1-8: REVOCATION OF LICENSE:
The right shall remain at all time vested in the board of county commissioners to revoke or cancel any license for fraud or misrepresentation in its procurement, for violation of any provisions of this chapter, for violation of any state statute regulating the sale and distribution of liquor, wine and beer, or for conduct or act of the licensee or his employees, or any conduct or act permitted by him or them on the premises where such business is conducted tending to render such business or such premises as a public nuisance or menace to the health, peace, safety or general welfare of the county; provided, further, that revocation or suspension of the state license for sale of liquor, wine or beer shall be deemed a prima facie evidence for revocation or suspension of any license issued by the county, as provided herein.
