2-1-6: HOURS OF SALE:
   A.   No beer or wine shall be sold, offered for sale, or given away upon any licensed premises between the hour of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. until seven o'clock (7:00) A.M.
   B.   No liquor shall be sold, offered for sale, or given away upon any licensed premises between the hour of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. until ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. No liquor shall be sold, offered for sale, or given away on any licensed premises between the hour of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. until twelve o'clock (12:00) noon on Sunday, or between the hour of eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. Sunday until ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. on Monday. Provided, however, that when December 31 falls on a Sunday, the hours of sale for liquor on that day shall be extended from eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. Sunday until one o'clock (1:00) A.M. New Year's Day.
   C.   No liquor shall be sold, offered for sale, or given away upon any licensed premises on Christmas from one o'clock (1:00) A.M. to ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. the following day. The sale of liquor by the drink, subject to the other restrictions on hours as set forth in this chapter, is hereby allowed on Sundays, Memorial Day and Thanksgiving Day.
   D.   The regulation of hours for sale of liquor as provided in Idaho Code sections 23-917 through 23-927 shall apply in addition to the regulations set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 2016-09-13-B, 9-13-2016)
