A. Fees Enumerated:
1. The fee for a beer retailer's license to sell draught beer and bottled or canned beer shall be the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year.
2. The license fee for the retail sale of only bottled or canned beer for on premises consumption is the sum of seventy five dollars ($75.00) per year.
3. The license fee for retailers selling only bottled or canned beer, none of which is for consumption on the premises, is the sum of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per year.
4. The license fee imposed for the retail sale of wine, none of which is for consumption on the premises, is the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year.
5. The license fee for the retail sale of wine, and/or by the drink sale of wine, permitted on the premises, is the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year.
B. Time For Payment; Proration:
1. The license fees herein provided and imposed shall be collected on a calendar year basis, running from one o'clock (1:00) A.M. July 31 through twelve fifty nine o'clock (12:59) A.M. of the following July 30.
2. The fees herein imposed shall be prorated in accordance with actual months of use in the event such license is issued subsequent to July 31 of any calendar year. (Ord. 2016-09-13-B, 9-13-2016)
