2-1-4: APPLICATION FOR LICENSE:
   A.   Filing Of Application: Application for license shall be in writing, signed and sworn to by the applicant upon forms furnished by the county clerk. Such application shall be filed by the clerk and presented to the board of county commissioners at the next regular meeting for approval or rejection, or further consideration.
   B.   Beer License Authority: All applicants for issuance of a beer license shall be governed by the provisions of title 23, chapter 10 of the Idaho Code in effect as of the effective date of this chapter, or as hereafter amended.
   C.   Wine License Authority: All applicants for issuance of a wine license shall be governed by the provisions of title 23, chapter 13 of the Idaho Code in effect as of the date of this chapter, or as hereafter amended.
   D.   Presentation Of State License: In addition to the statutory requirements of the state of Idaho for application for a retail alcohol beverage license issued by the state of Idaho, all applicants are required to provide the Minidoka County clerk with a copy of said license. Applicants providing said license will be considered in compliance with the license documentation requirements of Minidoka County.
   E.   Time Limit For Action By County: The board of county commissioners shall act upon an application for a beer or wine license or a transfer or a renewal thereof within fourteen (14) days from receipt of said application by the board of county commissioners. (Ord. 2016-09-13-B, 9-13-2016)
