A. This chapter is adopted pursuant to the authority granted to counties to regulate the sale of liquor, wine and beer as provided in the Idaho Code, and the constitution of the state of Idaho.
B. The purpose of this chapter is to establish consolidated rules and regulations governing the regulation and sale of liquor, wine and beer. (Ord. 2016-09-13-B, 9-13-2016)
