The county/city comprehensive plan of May 2001, is adopted in its entirety, including text, attached maps, and any and all attachments, exhibits, schedules, and appendices, for any and all implementation and application of Idaho Code title 67, chapter 65. The said comprehensive plan is intended for application by the Minidoka County zoning commission in its review of any applicable recommendations and applications for review, deliberation, and decision pursuant to the Minidoka County zoning ordinance, and local land use planning act.
