(a) The position of Dog Warden shall be established under the direction and control of the Village Administrator, who shall be responsible for the scheduling and supervision of the Dog Warden.
(b) Any complaints of dogs running at large in the Village shall be made with the Police Department who shall in turn forward these complaints to the Village Administrator for his action.
