505.13 DANGEROUS ANIMALS.

(a) No person shall harbor any dangerous or vicious animal in the City. A police officer, dog warden or any other person may kill any dangerous animal when necessary for the protection of any person or property.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
