107.02  POSTING NOTICE OF MEETINGS.
   The clerk, secretary or other designated official of each public body shall post the time and place of all regular meetings of such public body in a conspicuous place in the Municipal Building.
   The clerk, secretary or other designated official of each public body shall post in a conspicuous place in the Municipal Building the time and place of all special meetings of such public body at least twenty-four hours in advance of the time of the meeting, except in the event of an emergency requiring immediate action. The clerk, secretary or other designated official of each public body shall notify the news media and any other persons requesting notice of such meeting in writing in stamped, self-addressed envelopes provided by the person requesting notice.
   In the event of an emergency requiring immediate action the clerk, secretary or other designated official shall notify the news media and other persons requesting notice by the most practical means available.
