The datum for the running of all levels and the fixing of all grades is as fixed at mean ocean level at Sandy Hook, New Jersey, and the railroad bench mark on bridge No. 46 with an elevation of 670.131 feet as carried through by the Pennsylvania Railroad Company is the initial bench mark for the Village.
