(a) The provisions of this chapter relative to on-street metered parking shall be in effect on Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. except on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to off-street metered parking on a continuous twenty-four hour a day basis except on the holidays referred to above.
(b) All parking regulations other than the meter charge shall be in full force and effect on such holidays.
