351.19  TRUCK PARKING.
   (a)   No person shall park, store, or leave standing any truck in excess of one ton capacity, semi-trailer, pole trailer, moving or furniture van, bus, agricultural tractor, construction equipment, commercial tractor or cargo, merchandise, or freight-carrying motor vehicle upon a driveway in any area within the corporate limits of the Village zoned R1, R2, or R3.  Provided, however, that a person may park upon such driveway under the following conditions:
      (1)   For the purposes of loading, unloading, or performing work on said property during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.;
      (2)   During construction on said property provided that the owner has obtained permission of the Village Administrator and is constructing pursuant to a valid building permit issued by the Village;
      (3)   One commercial truck or van not exceeding twenty-six feet in length at any time.
   (b)   No person shall park, store, or leave standing any truck in excess of one ton capacity, semi-trailer, pole trailer, moving or furniture van, bus, agricultural tractor, construction equipment, commercial tractor or cargo, merchandise, or freight-carrying motor vehicle upon any part of any front, side, or back yard that is not a driveway, or upon a driveway in such a manner that a portion of said vehicle extends or hangs over any part of any front, side or back yard that is not a driveway in any area within the corporate limits of the Village zoned R1, R2, or R3.

   (c)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
