(a) No person shall park any truck of more than three-quarter ton capacity, semi-trailer, pole trailer, moving and furniture van, bus, recreation vehicle, agricultural, tractor, trailer, construction equipment, commercial tractor or cargo, merchandise, or freight-carrying motor vehicle on any street or alley within the corporate limits of the City except for the purposes of loading or unloading the vehicle.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
