169.01 ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established an Emergency Medical Services Board, to be composed of the Fire Chief, Auditor, Law Director, one representative of Council, and one private citizen chosen by the other members for a term of two years, to establish procedures and policies for billing and collection of fees for emergency medical services by the Village.
