165.23  MILITARY SERVICE; PAYMENT.
   (a)   All full time employees shall be entitled to a temporary leave of absence for a period not to exceed two weeks during any calendar year for service in the National Guard or in the reserve branch of any established United States Military Unit.
   (b)   During the time of such leave of absence the employee shall be paid the difference between his regular base wage based on a forty hour week and his pay received as a result of his military service.
   (c)   In order to receive payment under these provisions the employee must present a verified record detailing the time of his service and his compensation.  Such verification shall be approved by the employees department head and the Auditor before payment is issued.
   (d)   No part time employee shall receive a leave of absence with pay for military service.
