(a) The Village shall provide an eyeglass program for all full-time employees of the Village.

(b) Such program shall provide a payment of one-half of the cost of eyeglasses purchased by a full-time employee for his own use up to a maximum payment of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).

(c) A full-time employee shall be eligible for payment under this program no more than one time in any two-year period.
(d) Regulations for payment under this program shall be set forth by the Treasurer who shall be responsible for administering this program.
