Alleys having residences or business places located along them shall be called ways and have such descriptive names as Council may designate; that the alley back of the Municipal Building running parallel to Potter Street be called City Way and buildings numbered, 100-200; that School Alley be called School Way and that buildings from Ravine Street to St. Clair Avenue be numbered 100-200 and from St. Clair Avenue to Peeler Street be numbered 200-300; that Church Alley be Church Way with same plan of numbering; that Murdock Alley be changed to Means Way with same plan of numbering.
