1333.03 OFFICIAL; PERMITS.

(a) All references to Code Official within the International Property Maintenance Code shall be deemed to refer to the Village of Mingo Junction, Ohio Fire Chief or his designated agent.

(b) Any and all permits required under the International Property Maintenance Code shall be issued at the discretion of the Fire Chief. There shall be no charge for such permits unless otherwise set forth.
