165.08  OVERTIME PAY REGULATIONS.
   (a)   Overtime pay shall be set at one and one-half times the regular base rate of the employee.
   (b)   An employee shall be entitled to overtime pay for any hours worked in excess of eight hours in any one day.
   (c)    An employee shall be entitled to overtime pay for any hours worked in excess of eight hours in succession. An employee shall also be entitled to overtime pay for any scheduled shift requiring a return to work in less than sixteen hours from another regular scheduled shift.
   (d)   An employee shall be entitled to overtime pay for any hours worked after he has worked forty hours at a regular nonovertime rate, during a regular calendar week.
   (e)   With the exception of holidays, no employee shall be paid in excess of one and one-half times his regular rate.
   (f)   No full-time employee shall be called out to work for a period less than two hours.  Any fraction of an hour worked during a call out shall be rounded to the next complete  one-half hour.  The provisions of this section apply only to call outs and shall not apply to employees held over beyond their normal quitting time nor to employees working their regular shift.
   (g)   Employees of any department may waive any of the provisions of this section insofar as is permitted by law, by a majority vote of the employees, with permission of the department head, to establish a schedule calling for regular scheduled work days in excess of eight hours.
   (h)   For the purpose of determining overtime benefits for employees not covered by a collective bargaining agreement, any holiday not worked for which an employee is entitled to holiday pay shall be considered time worked.
