1319.03 PERMIT ISSUANCE; BOND.

Upon approval of such application the Village Administrator shall issue a permit for the moving of a building, upon the deposit with the Village Administrator of a bond in the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) as a guarantee against any damage to any of the streets used in moving a building.
